We are starting to work on Varuna to get her all ready to sail South!
Join us as we start to get our hands dirty and get our first taste of boat projects! We start small, with some easy and fun projects… Giving Varuna a good wash down, getting our dinghy and measuring our anchor chain. When we move on to fixing a leaky stanchion, we quickly learn that what’s supposed to be an easy project, can quickly become a much lengthier job. After some struggles, we learn how to do some deck repairs and get everything sealed up. After all that is done, Ty sends Hillary up the mast to check on our rigging and running backstays!
